Halloween at Hever Castle

Halloween Half Term at Hever Castle

26 October – 03 November 2024

Treat your little ones to a spine-tingling visit to Hever Castle over the Half Term break.

Join us for a spine-chilling Halloween Half Term at Hever Castle from 26 October to 3 November.

Explore the castle grounds filled with spooky pumpkins featuring different spine-chilling themes, from creepy crawly Spiders and menacing Monsters to the iconic Frankenstein, wicked Witches and the colourful world of the Day of the Dead.

Put your detective skills to the test with a Halloween-themed word puzzle. Search for clues hidden amongst the pumpkins and spooky displays. Solve the puzzle, and you could win a small prize that’s sure to add an extra treat to your visit. This activity offers a fun and interactive way to explore Hever Castle while enjoying the seasonal atmosphere.

As you wander the grounds, don’t be too startled if you come face to face with some of Halloween’s most infamous characters! You might encounter Dr Frankenstein himself, who could share the secrets of his monstrous creation, or perhaps you’ll run into the monster, lumbering through the mist with a tale of his own. Keep your eyes peeled for a mischievous Witch as she brews up trouble and tells spine-chilling stories that will send shivers down your spine.

For those who want to get hands-on with Halloween, the themed craft sessions are the perfect opportunity to unleash your creativity. Join us in crafting your very own Halloween treat bag. This is a fantastic activity for children to express their creativity and take home a memento of their visit.

Hever Castle is ready to welcome you to a half term of eerie enchantment to remember.
