Claremont Live! 2 July – 13 August

This July and August we’re bringing a season of summer evening entertainment to Claremont Landscape Garden. There’s something for everyone, from theatre to opera, in our varied programme which runs every weekend from 2 July to 13 August. For our younger members, join us for Illyria’s hilarious production of Robin Hood or how about Slapstick Picnic’s version of Peter Pan. We’re also excited to bring three evenings of outdoor cinema to Claremont for the first time!

Robin Hood – Friday 7 July

From the earliest ballads of Robin Hood, some pre-dating Chaucer, Illyria has created a fast-moving, fun-packed family show.  Suitable for ages 5+ (younger children are welcome)

Peter Pan – Saturday 12 August

Let your imagination soar as they dish out this timeless tale of hapless pirates, feral children and a particularly punctual reptile. This show isn’t just for kids; their brilliant buffoonery will have picnickers of all ages cackling into their coleslaw. This is one flight of fancy you don’t want to miss!

Cinema – Friday 28 – Sunday 30 July

Three nights of outdoor cinema brought to us by Pop-up Screens including 90’s teen romantic comedy, 10 Things I Hate About you, Dirty Dancing and The Greatest Showman.
