Dapdune Wharf is a former industrial wharf and boat yard on the Wey and Godalming Navigations in Guildford, close to the Surrey County Cricket Club ground. It is now maintained by the National Trust and is a great family day out. They run family friendly events throughout the year such as Easter Egg Hunts, Forest School sessions and sports days. They even have a café which is open every day, 11am-5pm and serves a range of hot and cold drinks, pastries, and sandwiches as well as a variety of tasty cakes. There’s plenty of room for the children to run around in the tearoom garden or on the island.
