Pumpkin Picking and Pumpkin Carving in Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas
Looking for the perfect pumpkin this Halloween? 🎃 From picking your own pumpkin in the field to pumpkin carving, spooky trails and autumn family fun, there are lots of places to enjoy the pumpkin season in and around Kidderminster, Stourbridge and the surrounding areas.
Here are some of the pumpkin-picking and carving options to look out for in 2026. Please check individual websites before travelling, as booking requirements, dates and activities can change.
Lower Drayton Farm
Lower Drayton Farm is celebrating 10 years of growing pumpkins in 2026, with a brand-new look for its popular pumpkin-picking experience.
Choose from pumpkins of all shapes, sizes and colours straight from the field, with the option to add a bag of farm-fresh vegetables to your visit. There’s also a new indoor carving barn, where you can carve your pumpkin before heading home – meaning no messy kitchen to clean up!
There’s an indoor Pumpkin Village, autumn photo opportunities, outdoor play, farm animals, food and more, making this much more than just a quick pumpkin-picking trip.
Pumpkin picking takes place on selected dates from 26 September, with daytime sessions running on 26–27 September, 3–4 October, 10–11 October and daily from 17–31 October. There are also special evening Pumpkins in the Dark sessions on selected Fridays.

The Enchanted Pumpkin Patch at Himley Hall
The Enchanted Pumpkin Patch returns to Himley Hall from 22 October to 1 November 2026.
Expect an illuminated autumn experience with thousands of glowing pumpkins, pumpkin picking, theatrical lighting, woodland trails, seasonal characters and plenty of photo opportunities. There’ll also be seasonal food and refreshments to enjoy along the way.
If you’re looking for something a little different from a traditional pumpkin patch, this immersive autumn experience is one to add to your Halloween plans.

Little Owl Farm Park
Get ready for a Spooky Harvest Festival Week at Little Owl Farm Park from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November 2026.
Alongside all the usual farm park fun, families can enjoy a pumpkin patch experience, a mystical potion class, make their own chocolate apples and take on the brand-new Dragon Cave Challenge.
There’s plenty to see and do around the farm too, making this a great option for a full day out during October half term.
