Get Moving – What’s New for Juniors at Colets
Get Moving: What’s New for Juniors at Colets
Getting kids active is super important to Colets. That’s why we’re revamping our Junior Activities programme this September, giving younger members more ways to get active, have fun and find something they love.
With more activities and classes after school than ever before, there’s plenty to choose from, including Outdoor Adventure Club, Basketball, Junior Squash, Junior Gym and our exciting
new LES MILLS BORN TO MOVE™ classes.
Outdoor Adventure Club, for ages 3-5, is packed with fun games, simple challenges and playful activities designed to build confidence, balance and coordination while keeping little ones active and having fun.
For 8-12s, we’re introducing BORN TO MOVE™, with classes focused on both movement and mindfulness. Movement sessions combine dance, martial arts, yoga and active play with high-energy, age-appropriate music, while mindfulness sessions use relaxation and meditation to help
children calm their minds and bodies. There’s something for every age, from our youngest adventurers to 13-15-year-olds who can use the top floor of the gym and our squash courts
independently after an induction with our experts.
Why not bring the kids along and discover what they could get out of a junior membership at the Health and Heart of Thames Ditton?
