What an unforgettable adventure at Guildenacre!🌲✨

We had the most wonderful, magical time at Guildenacre today – it truly felt like stepping into a fairytale woodland playground!

My granddaughters were absolutely thrilled from the moment we arrived. They were completely captivated by the incredible high wooden climbing structures, racing up and down with endless giggles and squeals of delight.

The adventure card stamping added such a fun, interactive element – they were on a mission, dashing from one exciting spot to the next, proudly collecting stamps as we ventured around the enchanting trails.

There were so many lovely things to see and discover around every corner: beautiful woodland scenery, creative play zones, and hidden surprises that kept them (and us!) fully engaged the whole time. And yes – even I climbed up some of the structures! It was such a joyful, heartwarming moment watching the girls’ eyes light up as their grandma joined in the fun.

The café experience was equally outstanding. They served the most amazing, top-quality food that felt fresh, thoughtful, and perfectly suited for a day out in nature. The girls devoured their delicious boxed lunches and couldn’t stop raving about

them. We also made a beeline for Wades Café, where the coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, and the bacon roll was absolutely divine –  crispy, flavorful, and utterly satisfying. It was the ideal refuel after all that exploring!

A huge well done and massive thank you to everyone involved in creating and maintaining such a magical woodland playground. You’ve built something truly special – a place where families can make lasting memories, kids can burn off energy in the most imaginative ways, and even grandparents can feel young again. We’ll definitely be back very soon (and probably many times after that)! Highly, highly recommended for anyone with little adventurers in the family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
