Review: An Outstanding Glamping Experience at Four Bells Glamping, Suffolk
I recently stayed at The Four Bells Glamping in the beautiful Suffolk countryside with three friends, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our trip and left feeling completely refreshed and already planning our return.
We stayed in the stunning Geodome “Hundred Acre View”. The dome itself is incredibly spacious, stylish, and comfortable, with panoramic views of the surrounding fields that make you feel truly immersed in nature while still enjoying luxury.
The attention to detail is what really sets this place apart – the hosts have thought of everything. From the high-quality bedding and thoughtful layout to the well-equipped kitchenette, it felt like they anticipated every need.
The shower is amazing and a highlight itself. Powerful, beautifully designed, and genuinely one of the best showers I’ve had anywhere.
Another highlight was the woodburner hot tub – it was perfect and surprisingly easy to use. After a day of exploring the local area, firing it up in the evening and soaking under the stars was pure bliss. We also spent a few happy hours around the fire pit, toasting what were genuinely the best marshmallows we’ve ever had (seriously, they melted to perfection!).
The whole experience had wonderful personal touches that made it feel special and welcoming. The location is peaceful yet convenient for days out in Bury St Edmunds or further afield. It struck the ideal balance between luxury glamping and authentic countryside escape.
We loved it so much that we’re now looking to book again with our families, taking a tent each – this site would be fantastic for a larger group getaway, with plenty of space for kids to run around and adults to relax. Highly recommended for couples, friends, or family groups seeking a memorable, hassle-free break.
