Stepping into Santa’s Magical Elevator, visitors will be transported through the clouds to a whimsical world of sparkle, joy, and festive wonder. With twinkling lights, enchanting music, and a dash of Christmas magic, the elevator comes alive the moment its doors close. Dash—Santa’s cheerful guide—leads guests floor by floor, building anticipation as they ascend toward Santa’s snowy haven.

• Sensory Grotto Tuesdays: Calmer, more inclusive sessions for children or adults with additional needs or sensory sensitivities, featuring reduced crowds and quieter sound effects.
• Dog-Friendly Wednesdays: Dogs are welcome to meet Santa and will receive their own festive gift and photograph as part of the £10 package.
• Fully Accessible: The elevator and grotto are equipped with ramps and wide, carpeted areas suitable for wheelchair users.
• Guests may also request to bypass the 4D experience and enter directly to see Santa via an alternative route.
