Firework events across East Surrey and West Sussex
This year, Bonfire Night falls on Tuesday, 5th November, but most events will occur on Saturday, 2nd November. However, fireworks events light up the skies from late October through mid-November. Bonfire Night commemorates the anniversary of the Gunpowder Plot of 1605, when Guy Fawkes attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament. This British tradition is celebrated with torch-lit processions, bonfires, fireworks displays, sparklers, and more. Across towns and villages, communities gather to mark the occasion with their own celebrations, creating a spectacular and unmissable experience for all ages. Below is a selection of the best firework events across East Surrey and West Sussex.
