Bishop Auckland Food Festival – April 20-21
A fabulous weekend of fun, food and family entertainment in the heart of Bishop Auckland.
Enjoy sensational street food and the finest produce the region has to offer. This year the festival will boast over 150 traders with many from within the county. Many local favourites and new companies too, with an incredible selection of delicious produce, fantastic shopping for products to take home and enjoy at the festival too! udes Saturday Kitchen presenter, and award-winning chef Matt Tebbutt; Vegan and plant based chef duo Bosh!; Winner of Channel 4’s Iron Chef and regular on ITV’s This Morning Marcus Bean; 2023 Great British Bake Off finalist, Dan Hunter; Chef, author, entrepreneur and BBC Saturday Kitchen and James Martin Saturday Morning programme regular Cyrus Todiwala; and food content creator, bestselling author and presenter, Meliz Berg. Alongside the chefs, host for the weekend is food festival favourite and TV presenter Chris Bavin.
Entry to the festival and the cookery demos is completely free and there’s no need to book – just take a seat and enjoy!
