It’s never too soon to plan your Easter fun – with so many egg hunts, trails, and more for you and the kids to do in the holidays, it’s great to know what’s on locally (and a little further afield) so you can plan your activities and budgets.
Easter Egg Hunts, Trails & Events Across Herefordshire:
Little Play World are holding an Easter Special at Bartestree Village Hall in Herefordshire on 3rd April. Loads of role-playing fun to be had for children age up to 7, and a sweet treat is included in the ticket price. Read more and book here.
Eastnor Castle Herefordshire is holding its Meggastars Easter Treasure Hunt. Enjoy our Eastnor mEGGastars Easter Treasure Hunt as they celebrate their 200th birthday! Find clues around the castle and grounds and hand in your entry for a chocolate treat at the end! Children age 2 and under are free. Madley Environmental Centre, Herefordshire on Tuesday, Wednesday, 27th and Thursday, 28th March. Come along to our ‘Easter in the Woods’ – and join our eggstra special treasure hunt, learn new crafts and enjoy our fun challenges. We’ll have tractor rides and tea & cakes too from 12.00 to 2.00pm so stay after your session if you coming to one of our morning sessions, or come early if you prefer to join us in the afternoon. Hanbury Hall. Take part in the family-friendly trail across the parkland and complete fun activities inspired by folklore and traditions. Learn how to do Morris dancing, make music at the wassailing station, and challenge your family to a wheelbarrow race. Complete all ten stations and collect your chocolate egg at the finish line! Greyfriars House and Garden. Pick up a trail from visitor reception (no.14 Friar Street) and engage with a range of fun activities set up within the free access areas of the house and walled garden. The trail will run between Tuesday 26th March and Monday 1st April (Excluding Sunday 31st March).
