Your magical journey begins at Candy Cane Customs, before making your way to Father Christmas’s Grotto, where festive lights twinkle and Christmas cheer fills the air.
At the door, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Santa’s Head Elf, who will let Father Christmas know your family has safely arrived. When it’s your turn, one of Santa’s trusted elves will escort you through for your exclusive one-to-one meeting with Father Christmas himself.
If you’ve made the Nice List this year, Father Christmas will present each child with a special Father Christmas coin, granting access to his personal Toy Workshop, where they can choose their very own Christmas gift to take home.
Your tickets for this experience also include entry to the Chronicles of Christmas experience — a magical festive journey you can enjoy before or after meeting Father Christmas
