
Story Trains on The Weardale Railway
Half Term Story Trains plus Family Arts & Crafts
19th, 22nd, 23rd and 25th February
The Weardale Railway is an 18 mile heritage line running from a connection with the main rail network at Bishop Auckland to Eastgate in Weardale, County Durham, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Story Trains will run on 19th, 22nd, 23rd and 25th February this half term.
The “Story Train” carriage will be open offering free arts and crafts, plus The Weardale Makers Market will be open at Stanhope Station each day.
The dates for the story train will be the same as the days the trains are running.
Art and craft sessions will be open from 1100. There are no slots to be prebooked for this activity.
Train Timings are:
From Stanhope
11:00, 13:00 and 15:00
From Wolsingham
11:30, 13:30 and 15:30
