Severn Valley Railway Model Railway Weekend
Join us for a celebration of slightly smaller trains during our Model Railway Weekend at The Engine House. Timetable C is running, with two steam locomotives, one diesel locomotive and our scenic diesel railcar in service. Trains operate between Kidderminster and Bridgnorth.
After travelling to Highley station by heritage train (full-size, of course!), prepare yourself for a feast of everything scaled down. Around 30 of the UK’s most popular displays and layouts will be on display at our Visitor Centre at Highley Station. No matter whether you like O Gauge, OO Gauge or N Gauge, or something even smaller, there’ll be something for you!
At The Engine House, you can get close to some very special locomotives, including ‘Gordon’ the blue engine, and take a peek through the windows of King George VI’s royal carriage. There’s an outdoor play area, café, gift shop and plenty to keep everyone occupied.
