Half term at Thinktank
Our World from Space Family Show
Come and join us in the Thinktank, Birmingham theatre this half term for a fun, family show about Our World from Space.
Build the Sun, Moon, and Earth out of people to see how they move in space, discover how rockets take off, recreate the orbits of satellites, and learn how they pay a big role in wildlife conservation.
Show runs at 11.30am and 1pm Monday 12 February to Friday 16 February. We will also be running the show over Easter holidays weekday from Monday 25th March to Friday 5th April at 1pm.
Show lasts 30 minutes and takes place in the Theatre on Level 3.
This event is included in the price of admission. No booking is required for this event.
This show is part of Our World from Space, a two-year national STEM programme exploring the relevance of UK space science for the future health and sustainability of our home planet, funded by UK Space Agency in partnership with Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), part of UK Research and Innovation.
Our World From Space Busking
How do we look at our world from space? Using satellites of course! Come and see our team this half term at Thinktank and check out the activities all designed to give you the chance to look at the world as satellites do.
Science Busking takes place at weekdays from Monday 12 February to Friday 16 February, 12noon – 1pm and 2.30pm – 4pm. We will also will be running the show over Easter holidays weekday from Monday 25th March to Friday 5th April. Join us in Find Your Future Gallery on Level 2.
