Looking for some free festive fun for all the family to get into the Christmas spirit? Try these events at Resorts World Birmingham
Head to our atrium every weekend from Nov 23rd where Bonkas will be joining us with lots of creative fun for the kids to enjoy. They’ll also be bringing some very special guests with them AND you won’t want to miss meeting Bjorn the polar bear and Nena the reindeer!
The kids will love our creative workshops, writing letters to Santa and making their very own reindeer food with the help of some North Pole elves.
Elsa, Ana and Olaf will be adding to the magic on 24th November for some great meet & greet opportunities and you also enjoy performances from Theatre Train Children’s Choir.
There’s also great festive offers around Resorts World so you can get through your Christmas list for less and our restaurants have festive flavours for you to enjoy during your visit.

Saturday 23rd November
- Reindeer Food & Letters to Father Christmas: 11am – 4pm
Kicking off our festive fun we have two Christmas workshops that you don’t want to miss. The little ones can get involved in making their very own reindeer food and writing letters to Father Christmas with the Elves themselves to help. We’ll also have a letterbox to take their letters straight to the North Pole!
- Theatre Train Children’s Choir – 2:30pm
Head to our atrium where we’ll have a 20 minute live performance by the amazing Theatre Train Children’s Choir, singing all your favourite Christmas songs and jingles. Get ready to sing along and get into the Christmas spirit as kids (and big kids) will love getting involved in their performances with actions and props.
Sunday 24th November
- Crafts: 11am – 4pm
Bonkas will be hosting a range of fun activities in our atrium including candy cane balloon modelling, which kids can keep and offering a range of Christmas themed temporary glitter tattoos. They’ll also be joined by Elsa, Anna and Olaf for a meet and greet with great photo opportunities!
Saturday 30th November
- Jingle Bell Reindeer Walk Around: 2pm & 3pm
Keep an eye out around the atrium for Nena the life sized animatronic Reindeer, Pickle the elf, and Santa’s helper Aurora at 2pm & 3pm. You can dance to their music and check if you’re on the Naughty or Nice list as well as getting some great Christmas photo opportunities.

- Bonkas Workshop & Games: 11am – 4pm
Bonkas will be back and hosting Christmas craft workshops for the little ones to get involved in as well as offering their popular temporary festive themed glitter tattoos. They will also be running multiple side stall games to get everyone involved and have prizes up for grabs.
Saturday 7th December
- Bjorn Polar Bear: 1pm, 2pm & 3pm
We will be joined by Bjorn the life sized animatronic Polar Bear at 1pm, 2pm & 3pm. Bjorn offers great Christmas photo opportunities for all the family. Be sure to keep an eye out for him as you walk around our outlet shops.
- Reindeer Food & Letters to Father Christmas: 11am – 4pm
The final workshop for the little ones to get involved in writing letters to Father Christmas with non other than the Elves themselves. We will also have a reindeer food workshop open for all to take part in.

- Gliding Toy Soldiers: 1pm, 2pm & 3pm
Joining us are non other than the Christmas Gliding life size Toy Soldiers who will glide around for 3x 30 minute interactions where you will be able to get fantastic photos with the Nutcracker soldiers.
- Reindeer Food & Colouring Station
Enjoy a workshop for the little ones to get involved in making their very own reindeer food to leave out of Christmas Eve with non other than the Elves themselves for expert advice. Christmas colouring station will also be available with lots of Christmas designs for the kids to get creative with.

Bonkas are hosting more Christmas craft workshops for the little ones to get involved in. They will also be running multiple side stall games to get everyone involved and have lots of great prizes up for grabs. Not to mention they will also be offering their festive themed temporary glitter tattoos.
Saturday 21st December
- Christmas Trees A-live: 1pm, 2pm & 3pm
Meet Christmas trees like never before with Joogleberrys walking, talking and dancing trees. You are guaranteed to have a tinsel-tastic time with them and get great photos with the whole family.
- Reindeer Food & Colouring Station
Enjoy the final reindeer food making workshop for the little ones with non other than the Elves themselves for expert advice. Christmas colouring station will also be available with lots of Christmas designs for the kids to get creative with.
Sunday 22nd December

Bonkas are back with their final day of Christmas workshops including candy cane balloon modelling, that the kids can take home with them, and Christmas crafts. They will also be running multiple side stall games to get everyone involved and have lots of prizes up for grabs.
Christmas Hunt
Our popular hunt will also return on all of our event days. So keep your eyes peeled for for our naughty Elves and explore Resorts World while you track them down. Hunt sheets can be collected from our event staff in the atrium, 11am – 4pm.
