Discover & Make: Mini Model Camp!
In the past, bodgers (men who turned wood to use for chair legs and parts) would live and work in huts out in the woods. In this session, make your own miniature bodger’s hut woodland camp using a mix of natural and craft materials! Get inspired by our fantastic miniature model bodger’s hut, recently installed in the museum’s gardens.
Discover & Make are Wycombe Museum’s regular holiday activity workshops. They combine a learning ‘discover’ activity – often a trail worksheet around the museum’s galleries – with a hands-on ‘make’ portion to further explore the topic of the session.
Recommended for age 4 – 11. Smaller ones are welcome but will need help.
Tickets £4.00 per child. Tickets not needed for accompanying adults. Pre-booking essential.
