Christmas at Touchwood
Santa is back in residence this year at his enchanted Christmas grotto. He’s eagerly waiting to receive wish lists and will even have an early gift for your little ones. Be sure to book online so the elves can reserve your space.
The Grotto is located in Jubilee Walk.

- Please note that this is a ticket only event, all children who wish to visit Santa are required to pre-purchase a session ticket. A babe in arms (up to 18 months) is welcome to join their paying siblings and meet Santa for free. However, please note that if a gift is required, a standard entry charge will apply.
- Please make your way to the Grotto on Jubilee Walk and present your booking reference or eticket to a member of Santa’s team. Advanced booking is recommended to avoid disappointment, as we have limited spaces and key dates sell out quickly. Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the full duration of the event.
- If a session is shown as ‘Sold out’ – we are sorry, there will be no more tickets available for that time either to pre-purchase or on the day. Occasionally we may have unbooked sessions that are available as ‘on the day drop ins’, enquire on the day at the Grotto.
- Our sensory friendly sessions are designed for visitors with sensory needs. If you require any special assistance or requests during your visit to the Grotto, please let our elves know before entering, and they will do their best to make your meeting magical.
- A gift is included for each booked ticket within the entry price when visiting Santa.
- Please be advised that cancellations and refunds are not permitted. However, bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability. Any proceeds from unused tickets will be donated to our chosen charity, Little Hearts Matter. Due to event guidelines, we will not be able to accommodate your session if you arrive late, and the next session has begun.

THE GRINCH IS BACK
Saturday 29 November, Saturday 13th December, Monday 15th December
The mischievous Grinch will be back at Touchwood once again and is taking over the whole of Touchwood…..get ready as you never know where he will pop up! Please note this is a free event, and does not require booking. The Grinch will be roaming around Touchwood, and will not be taking over the grotto.
