Enjoy Christmas at Black Country Living Museum this year and explore Black Country Christmases through time. With a range of events on offer there’s something for everyone to enjoy:
- Glad Tidings – enjoy the Museum after hours for a cosy evening
- Santa Hunts – explore the Museum on a small guided tour to find Santa
Santa hunts
Santa is making a welcome return to the Museum this Christmas. And this year it looks like he needs your help! Step up and join our elves to get Santa ready for the big day.
Tickets for Santa Hunts are only available to purchase via telephone from our Sales and Ticketing team on 0121 520 8054 (lines open 10am – 4pm, Monday – Friday).
We think that children aged 4+ will enjoy this experience the most.
Running Saturdays and Sundays from 25th Nov until 24th Dec, plus Thursday 21 and Friday 22 December.
Timeslots throughout the day from 9:30am onwards, with the last timeslot of the day at 3pm. Museum closes at 4pm.

Glad Tidings
It’s the time of year to bring friends and family together for a cosy evening here at the Museum. Gather around our open fires, sing along with traditional carollers and Fifties favourites, and enjoy traditional Christmas treats to get into the festive mood.
With costumed characters to meet and street entertainers to watch, experience a heart-warming, magical night that everyone will enjoy.
Although we recognise that Christmas is a magical time for all ages, we recommend Glad Tidings to those aged 8+.
Running Fridays and Saturdays from 8th Dec until 23rd Dec.
6.30pm-10pm.
