Razzamataz Horsham uses theatre arts within small class sizes to nurture a child’s confidence and self-esteem all while making sure they are having a lot of fun.
Razzamataz Horsham is proud to put the welfare of its students at the heart of everything it does. From providing affordable part-time performing arts training for children and young people throughout the UK to giving them access to some of the most talented performers through specialist workshops and classes.
Come and join the Razzamataz Horsham family to experience a range of styles from West End musical theatre to commercial and street dance, pop singing, and more! We have free taster sessions this term and booking is essential so do get in touch soon! We are lucky to be able to use the fantastic facilities at the New Bohunt School, RH12 4QR.
Razzamataz Horsham’s Principal
Andrea, Principal of Razzamataz Horsham, grew up in a theatrical family – her father being a stage manager in the West End, where he met Andrea’s Mum, who was a dancer. Andrea always knew she wanted to perform and was thrilled when she won a place at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts.
After graduating with her teaching exams, she went on to perform around the world. Starting in Baghdad and finally ending up in Cyprus. She then taught for her parent’s school, and then for children of the British Forces in Germany. After Andrea opened her own school in Devon where she was a principal teacher for 24 years.
Andrea has produced, directed, and choreographed over 75 shows and loves being on both sides of the curtain. Her passion is performing, and still enjoys performing herself, but she loves being able to pass on her skill and knowledge to youngsters and teach them the joy there is to be had in performing for others. As a principal, Andrea is always looking for opportunities for the students to perform and boost their confidence. Razzamataz Horsham are running a West End workshop with a cast member from London’s Moulin Rouge on Tuesday 12th April! And we already have some performances booked and can’t wait to get involved in community projects.
Razzamataz Horsham also has a Summer School from August 8th-12th.
