When you get here

ARC is a safe and clean environment, with plenty of space, friendly staff,  and baby changing facilities. We are also proud to be a Breastfeeding Friendly space. We have a buggy park for venues and our lift means that all venues within the building are accessible by pushchair. There is plenty of seating and space for pushchairs and family groups, not just in the Cafe Bar but also on our first and second floor foyers.

The shows

ARC’s family shows allow parents, carers, friends and relatives the pleasure of watching younger audiences enjoy themselves, whilst reconnecting with their inner child! Magical scenery, hilarious heroes and heroines, and spellbinding musical scores are brought to ARC by the country’s finest and in some cases award-winning children’s theatre companies, who put younger audiences at the heart of everything they do.

Pricing

Children under 18 months do not need a seat and are allowed free entry to all 3+ family shows. Groups of six or more can benefit from a discounted ticket price on family shows – you don’t all have to be family members, so why not bring your child’s friends along to make up a group of six?

After the show

Everyone can enjoy a post-show lunch together in No 60, ARC’s Cafe Bar. No 60 have a range of children’s meals available and high chairs, as well as bottle warming facility for very young audience members. The entertainment needn’t stop after the show, as we often have other fun activities after selected shows. There’s also sometimes merchandise available if you’d like to take something home to remember the show.

Customer feedback:

“Jack and the Beans Talk at ARC yesterday was great, and my 5 year old son loved it and has been talking about it ever since. Great to have this place on our doorstep as Stockton needs more great attractions like ARC.”

– Kirk Dodds, Family Audience Member
