Healthy Flapjack

Cakes Biscuits & Sweet Treats
  • Makes 9 Portions
  • Not Suitable for freezing
  • Preparation 5 minutes
  • 30 minutes cooking time
  • 160 C°, 325 F°, Gas Mark 3

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas mashed (the riper the better!)
  • 150ml Milk
  • 150g Porridge Oats
Additional Extras
  • Sunflower Seeds (handful)
  • Chopped Dates (handful)
  • Chopped walnuts (handful)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Scoop of Protein Powder
  • Raisins or Cranberries (handful)

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together
  2. Spread into a lined tin (or make into cookies)
  3. Bake for 30-40 mins until starting to go golden
  4. Enjoy!

I added sunflower seeds, chopped dates and honey to my first bake- the whole batch was gone before lunchtime!
