At Mitch’s Swim Scheme, we want every child to feel happy, comfortable and confident in the water. We offer friendly, fun and supportive swimming lessons for children aged 3 years and above, helping them develop their swimming skills at their own pace in a relaxed environment.
We understand that every child is different. Some children jump straight into the water with confidence, while others need a little more time and encouragement. Our friendly teachers are there to support every swimmer, building confidence while making sure lessons are enjoyable.
Our lessons are 30 minutes long and £10.50 per lesson, with small groups of up to 6 children. Keeping our classes small means our teachers can give each child plenty of attention and support during their lesson.
For children who would benefit from more individual attention, we also offer 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 lessons. These can be a great option for children who are nervous in the water, would like some extra support, or simply enjoy learning in a more focused setting.
Our Venues
We offer lessons at several local venues throughout the week:
● Franche School – Mondays & Wednesdays
● Pedmore School – Fridays & Saturdays
● Holy Trinity – Sundays
Our teachers are in the water with the children, providing hands-on support and encouragement throughout the lesson. Parents are welcome to watch poolside at all of our venues, so you can see your child enjoying their lesson and watch their confidence grow.
Whether your child is taking their very first steps in the water, building their confidence or working on their swimming technique, we aim to make every lesson a positive experience.
We want children to look forward to swimming, feel proud of what they can achieve and develop skills that will stay with them for life.
