Healthy Flapjack
Cakes Biscuits & Sweet Treats
- Makes 9 Portions
- Not Suitable for freezing
- Preparation 5 minutes
- 30 minutes cooking time
- 160 C°, 325 F°, Gas Mark 3
Ingredients
- 3 Bananas mashed (the riper the better!)
- 150ml Milk
- 150g Porridge Oats
Additional Extras
- Sunflower Seeds (handful)
- Chopped Dates (handful)
- Chopped walnuts (handful)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- Scoop of Protein Powder
- Raisins or Cranberries (handful)
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients together
- Spread into a lined tin (or make into cookies)
- Bake for 30-40 mins until starting to go golden
- Enjoy!
I added sunflower seeds, chopped dates and honey to my first bake- the whole batch was gone before lunchtime!
