Art With Heart for The Primrose Hospice
On Bank Holiday Monday 29th May join Primrose Hospice and local artists for their brand new Spring event – Art with Heart.
If you’re looking for a day full of fun, creativity, and entertainment, then join us at the Jinney Ring this Spring Bank Holiday. Talented local artists and community groups will be showcasing their incredible works, and you even have the chance to bid on your favourite pieces and take them home with you.
But the fun doesn’t end there you can explore your creative side and bring your own masterpiece to life. And for the family, there’s face painting and other forms of entertainment to keep them amused all day long. Find out more about what is going to be happening on the day by clicking here.
We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with the local charity, ‘Creative Art Showcase‘, to provide a creative zone for everyone, young and old, to get involved and make their own magical piece to take home.
Our silent auction boasts works from esteemed local artists such as Teresa from Lappelli Craft Studio, Liske from Little Heath Barn Studios, Calsartwork, Stacy Hammond Art, Karen Tait and Suzanne Nicholl (who will also be doing a meet the artist on the day), to name just a few. We are pleased to say our silent auction is now open, you can bid by emailing steffip@primrosehospice.org with The artist’s name, Piece name along with the bidder’s name and phone number along side their bid. Or you can head down to the Jinney Ring where the art is on display and a silent bidding box is available.

How much is entry? ENTRY IS FREE! Donations to Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre are welcomed.
What will be there? You will be able to browse pieces for sale, watch live art or get involved with art workshops. There will also be a special interactive piece that all visitors can contribute to. Whether you’re 8 or 80 there will be something for everyone!
Will there be food available? Delicious food and drinks will be available to buy from the Jinney Ring Cafe – please note – bring your own picnics are not allowed.
Is there parking available? There is plenty of free parking available at the Jinney Ring.

It costs Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre £1.95 million to provide their care and support for free to those that need them, all the money raised from this event will allow them to continue supporting patients and families. Thank you for your support.
