The excitement begins as soon as you arrive; Santa’s jolly elves will give you a warm welcome and each child who has a Santa Experience Ticket will be presented with a pack of festive activities.
Wander through the gorgeous winter woodland to see the enchanted Christmas Village, merry delights and festive displays to marvel at along the way.
Chief Elf Chestnut will be excited to greet you ahead of the main event – an exclusive visit to Santa himself! Step inside Santa’s cosy Christmas grotto and spend some time making lasting memories together. Capture the moment with a special keepsake photograph and receive a lovely gift from Santa.
Festive delights including delicious hot chocolate, gingerbread biscuits and mince pies will be available to purchase from our quirky refreshment cabins. We have covered cosy log gazebos and picnic benches throughout the attraction.
You can also venture deeper into the woodland to visit the incredible Petrifying Well and see the Cave where the famous prophetess Mother Shipton was born. Make a Christmas wish in the Wishing Well or hammer a coin into our Wishing Logs as you explore the historic site. See petrified celebrity items in our museum and browse our Gift Shop for an array of wonderful gifts, stocking fillers and decorations.
