Every year millions of letters to Father Christmas race through our tunnels to the Sorting Caverns before jetting off to the North Pole.
Our Post-Boat-Masters are experts at getting all the children’s letters to the big man himself.
They work flat out! Boat after Boat filled to the brim with letters. WE LEAVE NO LETTER BEHIND!!
This year is busier than most, and we’ve got loads of brand new Post-Boat-Masters in training, so we’re a bit nervous that they’ll forget something!
We need your help to make sure that every letter, including your own gets delivered through our tunnels, caverns and basins, and off to Santa
You’ll need some magic, these aren’t just ordinary tunnels, you’ll be embarking on an adventure like none other, you’ll see elf houses, the elf wrapping factory, before floating off to Sorting Cavern…a warning though, one wrong turn and you could get lost in our icy tunnel tundra, we’ve lost some Post-Boat-Masters there before, but we’re sure you’ll be ok…

Arrive early, and pen your own letter to Santa with your loved ones, enjoy a hot chocolate, as we prepare the magic
You’ll need to become the size of an elf to fit through the magical portal, so we’ll need your help to shriiiiinnnkkk you right down
Journey through our tunnels to the elves magic village, and to the wrapping warehouse, everything is SUPER SIZED here

Guide your Post-Boat-Master through our journey, and try not to get lost in the Christmas Labyrinth, you never know what you’ll find if you do.
Be awed by the huge sorting cavern, where letters swirl above you as they whisk off to the North Pole.
Beautiful lights guide your path back, as Christmas songs play, and your Post-Boat-Master tells you Christmassy tales
Stop off at our Elf Naughty/Nice Vetting station, for a mini pantomime show
The Fun doesn’t stop when you return!
Back on dry land, Father Christmas’ grotto appears, and you’ll get a chance to meet him, so he can thank you for all your help on the trip…he might even give you a special gift!
Stay around for hot drinks and carols, served from our beautiful Christmas Floating Tea Room, on what promises to be a magical and most memorable Christmas Adventure.
Tickets include a gift for all children and a visit to Santa and his grotto. A pre-show and activities set the scene for your onboard experience, a guided story with your very own Post-Boat-Master, songs and adventure await, a short pantomime underground is followed by more fun back at the Portal.
