The official SOCATOTS is the world's first soccer specific physical play programme for children from six months to five years of age. Aimed at giving children their very first start with the ball.
SOCATOTS sessions feature parental participation, whereby the emphasis remains largely on fun and structured play throughout all ages. The classes are in-doors and the number of children per session limited to ensure you get the most of your time together. All SOCATOTS equipment is specially designed for children to develop physical skills of agility, balance and coordination.
Socatots is about a great deal more than just developing a child's ability to control the ball; it is about giving a well-rounded start in their physical, social and educational development and developing the 'whole child'.
SOCATOTS sessions are lead by staff who have undergone frequent SOCATOTS training courses. All SOCATOTS coordinators will have undergone Child Protection, Health and Safety, First Aid Qualifications and will have successfully completed the CRB's enhanced disclosure check.
Want to play football? We run sessions in the Seaburn and Ashbrooke areas of Sunderland. With more classes around Washington, Gateshead and South Tyneside, with more sessions starting in your area.
Now that we are in autumn everyone is looking for things to do with the kids to celebrate this lovely colourful season. Here we have some great ideas, and they don't all involve being cooped up indoors! Get out and enjoy the cooler, fresh air and the crunchy leaves under foot - you can always return home afterwards for a hot chocolate and a snuggle
