St Albans Boxing Boot Camp uses a range of techniques and implements them through fun group games, easy-to-follow resistance exercises working all the major muscles in the body and a dynamic and powerful combination of punches and kicks to get you into the best shape of your life. 

When is the Boot Camp? Every Saturday 10.30am - 11.30am (arrive 10 minutes before if it's your first time) Plus more times coming soon
