At the St Albans Fitness & Wellbeing Gym you will experience a new approach to gym fitness. Starting with your 12-Point Health MOT, our onsite experts will provide you with a three month plan to achieve your fitness goals, so you can monitor your progress on the way.
Nuffield Health's gym in St Albans is home to a number of health experts able to help you on your fitness journey, from personal trainers to physiotherapists to physiologists. We also offer a vibrant and popular squash club /courts.
The St Albans Club is perfect for families with loads going on. There is a huge fully equipped gym, free weights area, plenty of machines, two swimming pools, a sauna, steam room, dedicated spin studio, squash courts, two studios, regular talks on subject like nutrition and back health, children's activities, Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Open to non members too), Swim lessons for children and adults, cafe, open days and much more. Adults and children alike can get fit with the free classes from yoga and dance to high intensity classes taught by fully qualified staff
