Coming along to a specialised postnatal fitness class, you'll be rest assured that your exercise session is both safe and effective for you and your baby (and really good fun too!).
Suitable from your 6/8 week postnatal check Bump2Babys Buggy Classes combine different cardio for all levels with toning, strengthening, and fat burning exercises.
Classes with Chloe not only help you lose that baby weight but also improve Core Stability and strengthen the Pelvic Floor with her specialised CORE RESTORE section.

£5 per class or block book 10 classes for £45.
We recommend that you feed your baby prior to the class however if your baby needs a bottle, cuddle, change, etc, we welcome babies to be babies so you are more than welcome to take a break from the class to see to your baby.
Our Buggy Classes run in all weather apart from snow so please bring any suncream, raincover, sunshade, clothing necessary, and for you too!!Ã¢'¬¢
We advise that you always have a bottle of water and a towel/rug/fitness mat present for any floor based work.
