The British Motor Museum offers something for everyone, even for those who are not passionate about cars. For the children there are cars to sit in, levers to pull and buttons to press! Currently we have the Aston Martin DB5 from the James Bond 'Skyfall' film on display!!
Fun for all the family whatever the weather!
The British Motor Museum houses informative and interactive exhibitions charting the history of British motoring from the 1890s to present day.
Travel through our exhibition 'Making British Cars' and see how influential the motor industry has been in this country over the years and where it is heading in the future.
Get 'Under The Skin' and unravel the mystery of how cars work with interactive exhibits. It's perfect for all ages as there are button to press and levers to pull as well as two cars that children (and adults!) can sit in, experience and use your imagination to see how it would have felt to drive one of those cars.
Free guided tours operate twice a day and there is the great Junction 12 cafe on the first floor serving hot and cold meals, snacks drinks & cakes. There are also activities outdoors, including the Land Rover off-road Experience, a children's playground and a picnic area.
Check our website for great free school holiday activities and special weekend motoring events..
