We offer a range of swimming sessions from lane swimming and the popular swimfit fitness programme to leisure swimming and ladies only sessions.
Located at the heart of the community, Heeley Pool is a family friendly centre offering a number of lane and leisure swimming sessions alongside swimming lessons for children and adults and aqua based fitness classes. The gym built on the side of Heeley Pool adds to this appeal of the Centre which has seen generations returning year after year.
Swimming
Our 25 yard swimming pool is suitable for lane and casual swimming. Our swimming programme also includes women’s only, aqua classes and swim a song sessions suitable for parent and babies. Swimming lessons are available for children and adults
Swimming Lessons
Learn to swim with Swim Sheffield. We offer swimming lessons for all ages and abilities, whether it’s a mother and toddler session in our ducklings classes or perhaps an adults only class to build confidence we have a swimming lesson suitable for everyone. Perhaps your training for a triathlon or a charity swim and want to improve your technique? We can offer 1-1 sessions with an instructor to meet your needs. Gym
The friendly atmosphere of our gym makes it a welcoming, comfortable environment with 28 pieces of Technogym equipment including treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines and resistance kit. A free weights and stretch area is also available
Fitness Unlimited
