The six-lane, 25-metre  swimming pool plays host to the award-winning Everyone Active swimming lessons, perfect for babies, toddlers and older children of all levels and their staged approach helps children progress through from basic water confidence to competent swimmers.

The swimming pool hosts fitness and fun swim sessions, whilst there’s also a fully-equipped gym to help you reach your fitness goals. The centre offers a group fitness studio in which they hold a wide range of different group fitness classes. Brand new in May 2019 is a large pool inflatable guaranteed to give children hours of fun!

Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or more of a novice, there is everything you need to help you reach your goals. This includes state-of-the-art cardio, resistance and free weight equipment, and personal trainers are available to help you make those gains more quickly.

There is a wide ranging group fitness timetable, that have been designed to suit everybody, whether you want to lose weight, tone up or enjoy something a little more relaxed, there’s a class for everyone here.
