Starcast Performing Arts Schools with sparkle
Starcast now has a class specifically for 4 year olds - Starcast Mini Stars is on a Saturday in Salisbury and it is fun and creative 45 minute session just for 4 year olds who love to sing and act! Starcast find 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time to introduce Salisbury’s Little Stars to the world of Theatre Arts. They then move into the 90 minute class and then at the age of 7 years old move into the three hour class.
Principal Sam Holloway says “It is always so rewarding to see the students who have trained with us in the Mini Stars move up into the Main School - they are always so confident, self-assured and have mastered the basic training in dance, drama and singing and so feel very at home in their new classes”
At the other end of the scale Starcast have now started classes for ADULTS! These are fun classes but also hard work so everyone gets a good workout and has a chance to learn and perfect a routine. We teach all genres of dance from Musical Theatre to Street Jazz and Commercial to Lyrical. If you would like to try a class Starcast would love to see you on a Thursday at 7.30pm at the Elim Centre, Salisbury. More info here.
Starcast have also created their own Dance Crew for their most talented and dedicated dancers aged between 9 - 13 years old. These talented students rehearse each week and perform at many local events and shows.
They have also started a Drama Company for their most inspiring young actors aged from 12 - 17 years old and a Singing Troupe for the their super talented young singers aged 9 - 12 years old to work alongside the already very established Starcast Singing Company who have recently performed at the Julia’s House Ball and the opening of the Fiver Rivers Leisure Centre.
Starcast continues to evolve but their principals will always remain the same to be a friendly, professional theatre school that loves and respects all their students.
They continue to strive to offer the best training in the Theatre Arts and work hard to offer their students as many performance opportunities as possible.
See below for a full and up to date timetable. For more information on Starcast please call Samantha Holloway on 079474 721091
