Ingredients

  • 500g Icing Sugar
  • 3 Egg Whites

Method

  1. Sift the icing sugar
  2. crack and separate the eggs
  3. Mix the egg whites into the icing sugar until it is well combined.
  4. Put into an icing bag and ice your biscuits. Use the icing straight awayas it will set.
