Set in 126 acres of prestigious Green Flag Award winning parkland, Stanborough Park offers a unique and challenging setting for a wide range of watersports and land based recreational and sporting activities. Safety is our highest priority. The Centre is licensed under the Activity Centres (Young Persons Safety) Act 1995 and is a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Training Centre, RYA Sailability Foundation Level approved and a British Canoe Union (BCU) Approved Centre. This means that the Centre conforms to rigorous safety, quality and operational standards that are confirmed annually both by RYA and BCU site inspections as well as AALA inspections. All staff are qualified to the appropriate national governing body coaching level and are trained in First Aid. The Centre has been successfully running watersports courses and activities for nearly 20 years in sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing and power boating. Once you have obtained a qualification you can hire equipment to practice your skills, or come along to one of our organised club sessions. Special courses and activities can be arranged for groups and companies. How to book Simply select your course and then call us on (01707) 276276.
