Investigate what everyday living was like for people that lived in the Victorian era. There is a regular programme of special events organised at the museum so a good day can be had by all. The manor house includes a new Victorian school room display and the farm boasts original Cotswold buildings, traditional animal breeds, a walled garden and a riverside walk. Disabled car parking close to the entrance, accessed via Church Lane. Wheelchair available to book in advance. Accessible toilet and washing facilities. There are significant areas of uneven ground. The first floor of the Manor House is not accessible to wheelchairs. A plan showing the wheelchair route and an access information leaflet is available on request from reception. There is a free audio tour of the farm yard and costumed staff available to provide you with information on inaccessible areas. The tearooms serve Fairtrade drinks, snacks, ice creams, light lunches and homemade cakes.
