The annual favourite skating rink is back at the Life Science Centre, Newcastle and is running until Sunday 15 January.
Situated in Times Square, just outside Life Science Centre, the rink is ideal for ice skaters of all abilities and ages.
Early bird booking is now open. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking tickets online ahead of your visit.
Life’s ice rink is ideal for families, solo skating or meet-ups with friends; and for groups and celebrations of 20 or more, with discounted rates available. We also offer exclusive hire of the rink for larger parties – get in touch if you’d like a quote.
Fancy a skate on our outdoor ice rink this Christmas Eve? Tickets are available to pre-book seperately.
If you’d prefer to skate when the rink is less busy, we’re generally quieter on a Sunday morning or midweek between 3.00pm – 5.00pm.
Skating aids can be hired on the day of your visit for £5.00 (subject to availability). They are suitable for children under 1.2 metres in height.
The Life Science Centre is just a few minutes walk from Newcastle Central Station. Parking is available in nearby multi-story car parks.
