The Fitness Factory: Activities for Children
We offer fitness sessions for children and teenagers which run during term time and school holidays. Classes on offer include Hula Hoop, Fitnes Cheerleading, Chair Dance, Drums Alive, Fitball, Power Strength,Fita Kids and Children's Yoga.
Fitta Kids sessions are for children aged 5-12 years and include nutrional education.
Yoga sessions are for children aged 5-8 years and 8-12 years. Other sessions are designed for teenagers and some sessions are girls/boys only.
4.45pm: Street Dance (Age 5 years )
5.30pm: Fusion Dance Club (Age 8 years ) A dance club where we do a mixture of dance styles such as street, pop, salsa, bollywood etc and we learn routines to all the current chart songs by artists such as Cheryl Cole, The Saturdays, Olly Murs, Black Eyed Peas etc!!!
4.45pm: Children's Yoga (Ages 5 years )
4.30pm: Fitness Cheerleading (Age 5 years )
4.45pm: Fusion Dance Club (Age 5-8 years) Same club as Monday just for different age group!
4.45pm: Kidz Bootcamp (Age 8 years ) A fun filled fitness based class using lots of different equipment for a great workout!
All sessions just Ã'Ã£3.50 each, no need to book, just turn up!

Booking for sessions is esential and children must have a PAR-Q form completed by the parent/guardian before attending sessions.
