Forest School Leader, and health consultant for School Health UK, Ruth Hill, has come up with 5 Healthy Picnic Recipes for your family. Follow the links for each recipe card:
1. Silly Wrap Faces
Guaranteed to make you smile! With Tortilla Wraps and hummus.
2. Pitta Pizzas
A twist on a family favourite. With pitta breads, tomatoes and peppers.
3. Peanut Butter Balls
These sounds delicious! With chocolate, oats and peanut butter.
4. Tutti Fruit Bark
This looks amazing! Using Greek yoghurt and frozen fruit.
5. Healthy Fruit Kebabs
Delicious. Don't forget to cut the grapes.
You could enjoy a picnic in your back garden if you didn't want to go far.
