Kids Rock Climbing May Half Term – Cow & Calf Ilkley
Keep the kids entertained this May half-term with an exciting introductory day of Rock Climbing. Suitable for ages 7 to 15, these taster sessions are perfect for children who want to get outdoors and adventuring and try something new. A typical day involves weaselling (moving on and between the rocks), learning how to use the equipment, rock climbing using ropes, and an abseil or two. Sessions are held at Ilkley Cow and Calf rocks, a beautiful location with the benefits of parking, toilets and a cafe, and cost just £40 for the whole day (9.30am – 4.30pm).
