Garlic Bread

.200 C°, 400 F°, Gas Mark 6

Ingredients

  • Butter at room temp
  • Garlic
  • Baguette or similar
  • (you can add dried parsley if you wish)

Method

  1. Chop up the garlic very finely
  2. Mix it into the butter, with the herbs if using
  3. Slice the baguette into about 8 making sure you do not slice at the way through or the butter will just leak out
  4. Spread the butter thickely in between each slice on both sides
  5. Wrap in tin foil
  6. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 10-15mins depending how crispy you like your garlic bread.
  7. Enjoy!
