15minutes cooking time
- 6oz Self Raising Flour
- 3oz Caster Sugar
- 2oz Ground Almonds
- A Pinch of Salt
- 5oz Margarine
- 1-3 Drops Almond Extract
- 24 Whole Almonds
- Grease baking trays
- Mix the dry ingredients together (do not include the almonds)
- Rub in the margarine
- Add the extract and mix with hands
- Mould small pieces of the dough into finger like shapes
- Push an almond into the end of each 'finger'
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden
A very tasty, savoury treat for autumn and Halloween
