Here is what our young reviewer thought...

I played the new Cars 3 Piston Cup Race Game with my two brothers Jack and Henry (aged 7 and 4) one rainy afternoon.

It was fairly quick to set up and play, once we had received some help from an adult to understand the instructions and put some batteries inside the game. The game is made up of a podium with the Piston Cup on the top of it, a rotating racetrack is then underneath and this all sits on top of the board. Each player gets to choose one of the cars from the film, either: Lightning McQueen, Jackson Storm, Cruz Ramirez and Danny Swervez. The aim of the game is to make it onto the winners podium first,  having collected and used all five pit stop cards. As you work your way round the board certain spaces mean you can press down on the Piston Cup d6658d1d9a324213991d1f6b0e9129a3(1).jpgto hear a sound, depending on what sound you hear, it indicates whether it's the end of your turn or if your car can go on the racetrack. When you get on the racetrack it will rotate round, moving you on further in the game.

Henry really enjoyed playing this game and liked it when he could make the racetrack rotate and the Cup make noises, it made a change to usual board games as it was more interactive. He also loved having the characters from the film and would definitely recommend this to anyone who loves the Cars films.
