Starlight Stars

Starlight (founded in 2003) provides children from the age of 4 with a performance experience they will never forget. The dance and drama classes encourage the children to flourish in confidence and develop their imagination. The classes are held in Standon Village Hall with children attending from all surrounding villages. This creates a real sense of community spirit at Starlight and many friendships are made between the children and parents. Our philosophy is to provide fun and friendly classes to children from the age of 4 allowing them to experiment and explore their ideas and beliefs. Students are not expected to have any dance or drama experience, just the ability to enjoy themselves. Every term each class presents a performance to the parents which is always received with a smile from both parents and students. It is a pleasure to teach children who have creative imaginations and an interest in performance art.
