Childrens Classes

At the Lee Brannigan Performing Arts Academy we pride ourselves on giving first class training and fun classes, for pupils to gain confidence and improve their stage ability.

Offering classes in Musical Theatre, Ballet, Tap, Modern, Freestyle, Lyrical and Gymnastics. We also offer private lessons on a one to one basis. pupils will also take IDTA exams.

We take children from the age of 4+ for Dance classes and from the age or 6 -18 for Musical Theatre classes.

Our Studio is based in Gateshead Indoor Bowls Centre, Gladstone Terrace. Which is directly behind the Swallow Hotel. With on street parking and car park (pay and display). coffee shop downstairs which your more than welcome to sit have a coffee and wait while classes are on.

About Lee…

Lee Brannigan, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom, Actor, Singer, Model, Dancer, Performing arts teacher.

Lee has been involved in entertainment since the age of 6. Lee Started when he was 6 at Eve Trews Theatre school (CATS). Lee went onto college in Sunderland with Kathleen Davis Stage School and College, where he trained with B.T.D.A and gained a teaching qualification in Freestyle with I.D.T.A. Lee is also a trained Zumba Fitness instructor.

After College, Lee Auditioned for a company called PEEL TALENT, where they provide excellent entertainment

for Thomson Cruises. Lee was lucky enough to start a new project with PEEL doing entertainment for DFDS SEAWAYS from Newcastle sailing to Amsterdam. He was in the show team and did cabarets and a little bit of light entertainment. Lee then went onto Thomson Celebration where he became an Entertainment Host and a singer (and secretly playing Thomson the Dog). Lee has done work on Thomson Spirit, as Entertainment Host and singer, Zumba instructor and head of Junior Stage School.
