Adult Classes

Whatever your level of fitness, or stage in motherhood, KeepFitMammy is here to help you be the best you can.

Classes are held at Daverson Hall, Wideopen and St Mary’s Church Hall, Ponteland and Great Park Community Centre. Visit our website here for full class timetable. 

KeepFitMammy Buggies, Bums & Tums is an hour long session starting with a 30 minute indoor workout to children’s music, where little ones have their own space to play or dance along to the music. This is followed by an outdoor buggy powerwalk with exercise stations along the way. Little ones must be in pushchairs for this part of the class.

After each class some mums usually stay for a quick cuppa and a catch up, which is great for you to get to know other mums in your local area.

KeepFitMammy classes are 45 minute workouts involving a mix of cardiovascular and strength exercises targeting the muscles weakened during pregnancy.

These sessions are suitable for all levels from 6 weeks post-partum onwards. You will work at your own level and speed which will be closely monitored by your trainer to ensure you are working safely, but still challenging yourself.

Babies, toddlers and children can be in pushchairs or playing in their own space in full view of you, whilst you work out. Classes are a mix of indoor and outdoor classes depending on weather and location. At our Daverson Hall class we have a helper to entertain your little ones allowing you to focus that little bit more during the class.

Personal Training is the highest level of service offered by KeepFitMammy. With a personal training package, you will receive ongoing support from your trainer via a method that suits you best. This may be texting, Whatsapp, email, Facebook or by telephone.

Personal training is ‘personal’ to you and your needs. This could be in your first, second or third trimester, or after baby and beyond.

Your trainer will meet for a consultation where measurements will be taken and you will be questioned on the areas of your life that will affect your fitness journey.

You will receive constant support and commitment from your trainer, and she will expect the commitment to be reciprocated in order to achieve the best results.
