Bury Transport Museum
Bury Transport Museum offers a compelling insight into the local transport history and peoples' lives and jobs in the early 20th century. Housed in the beautifully restored 1848 Castlecroft Goods Warehouse, the museum welcomes little ones and grown-ups to a modern interior featuring a fascinating collection of vintage vehicles and original artefacts as well as interactive displays.
Don't miss our regular craft workshops and activities or go on one of the free tours around the museum. Our passionate volunteers are always available to give talks about the various original artefacts and vehicles that are on display. This is an all year round, all weather attraction!
