These plates can include almost anything, just keep in mind that they should be versatile. Try to include some cheese for protein, a bit of salami, fresh vegetables such as baby carrots or cucumbers, and a fruit such as an orange or some grapes (instead of grapes, raisins are also a good idea). As an added bonus, you will be able to put away what is left of the snack plate and serve it later for actual snack time or as a light dinner.
Smoothies can be as simple or as complicated as you want them to be.
